This form should be completed after registration for a MOGA education program that offers travel support, and after travel arrangements have been made. Travel support criteria varies depending on the specific program.
Reimbursements will be processed within 30 days after the meeting.

Standard Travel Support for Interstate Travel
To assist participants traveling from interstate locations, MOGA offers standard travel support as follows:
1. Funding Amount
- A maximum of $1000* is available per participant.
- This support is intended to assist with:
- Economy class airfare
- Standard accommodation costs (e.g., hotel, motel)
2. Booking Responsibility
- All travel and accommodation must be booked and paid for by the participant.
- Participants are responsible for securing reasonable, cost-effective options.
3. Reimbursement Conditions
- Reimbursement requires submission of valid receipts.
- Only expenses related to the event travel and accommodation are eligible.
- Reimbursement requests must be submitted by the date specified for the program.
4. Eligibility
- Must be an interstate participant attending the MOGA event.
- Must be a registered attendee and engaged in the full event program.
- Must be a MOGA Member
5. Exclusions
- Premium, business, or first-class flights are not eligible.
- Meals, incidentals, local transport, or upgrades are not covered.
*One night accommodation, economy class airfare. Participants are responsible for securing reasonable, cost-effective options. Travel support requests are assessed on case-by-case basis. Travel support maximum amount may vary according to Participant's state location.
