Membership of the Association is only open to Medical Oncology professionals who have trained in Australia and currently work in Australia or overseas; or overseas trained Medical Oncology professionals that meet the requirements of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Medical Oncology to practice in Australia and are employed in an Australian medical facility; and trainees currently registered in the Advanced Training Program in Medical Oncology with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Medical Oncology that are Australian residents.

Your subscription is subject to approval by the MOGA membership committee/secretariat and upon approval you will be notified by welcome email. By submitting your payment details you agree that you authorise the MOGA to arrange for the agreed amount to be debited from your Bank Account or charged from your Credit Card supplied as part of your membership until you provide notice in writing to cease your membership subscription.

We securely store your information at our premises in both physical and electronic files under our direct control. We take appropriate steps to protect the security of the information we hold about you, including protection against unauthorised access, misuse, interference and loss. We require our contracted data storage providers to comply with our privacy requirements, which incorporate the APPs. 

Our staff are trained in, and bound by, strict information management procedures. Our computer systems and electronic databases are encrypted and password protected. 

We and our contracted data storage providers may use servers, systems and cloud computing providers in/outside of Australia to securely store your personal information. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties overseas without your express consent.
